Sadiq Ali (born 1910) was a freedom fighter and a leader of Indian National Congress.[1][2]
Born in 1910 in Udaipur in [[Rajasthan], he left home at a young age to pursue studies at Allahabad University. After studies he joined the freedom struggle and was jailed many times.
He was governor of Maharashtra from 1977–80 and governor of Tamil Nadu from 1980-82.
